Issue With Existing
An Integrated Project Delivery Platform is pivotal for the successful execution of industrial and infrastructure projects. Large EPCM service providers have developed platforms with limited integration and utilize them exclusively for their own projects. Conversely, small and medium service providers worldwide lack such a platform, and this absence significantly constrains their ability to participate in global projects. For project owners (investors), this limits the choice of service providers, competitive pricing, effective change management, and achieving an optimal execution solution. Therefore, an integrated platform with equal access to all the participants is in the best interest of project owners.

How the Shared Platform Idea Solves the Issue
A Shared Project Delivery Platform will be a shared-access common platform independent of individual Service Provider ownership, i.e., a service-provider agnostic Platform. Large, Medium, and Small service providers will have equal access to the Platform. The Shared Platform will enable Project Owners, individual E, P, C/CM Service Providers of all sizes, Project Management Organizations, Specialist Service Providers, Fabricators, Equipment and Material Suppliers, Transportation Logistics Companies, and related entities worldwide to establish a presence on the Platform, plug-in to the integrated EPCM backbone and participate in global projects.
Project Owners can contract with Service Providers and any number of other entities on the Shared Platform to achieve integrated project execution.
